With exercise only being a portion of the healthy lifestyle equation, the Gemini Fitness Centre extends to it's members expert planning and advisory services for those who want to attend to their daily nutrition habits.

Each new member receives a personal assessment with one of Gemini Fitness Centre's staff. The exercise programme that members receive is specific to their own aims and goals.

Moreover every programme is monitored and changed every 8 weeks - again with the member in mind - thus keeping you motivated and focused the whole time. You can even choose to have your body fat levels monitored on a monthly basis.
