ABOUT / PICS
Our centre is owned and operated
by Doug Lawrenson - a former physical training
instructor in the British Army with over 30 years experience
in the world of health and fitness.
Doug was a highly ranked competitive bodybuilder and
achieved British championship levels whilst competing with
the Association of Natural Bodybuilders.
Today, he is a distinguished judge of bodybuilding
competitions and has provided training and nutritional
advice to some of the sports top competitors in the UK.
